Mid Century Modern ideally located near shopping and Interstate 5. This 1960's home is completely updated with modern appliances while retaining it's 1960's charm. Three bedrooms, large front room with a 65" smart TV, fantastic cooking space, large completely fenced and private back yard , hot tub with 32" smart TV make this a fantastic base for exploring the three local rivers, or a dash to the beach and a stroll through the redwoods. We allow pets, but do charge a $35 per pet fee.

Great family house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this neat and charming home. The pool table and hot tub gave us plenty of entertainment! We would definitely stay here again. Clean, cute, convenient and easy to communicate with the host.

Perfect home for family trip

House was clean and perfect for a weekend family getaway. Neighborhood was quiet, amenities were nice, and host was very kind and approachable. No complaints and would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable vacation house

The host was wonderful, answering our questions ahead of the stay and during. Beds were comfortable, nice location, reasonable price. Lovely backyard and bonus game room were a plus! We would book again.

Great family vacation

We had a great stay in Grants Pass! This home was large enough to comfortably accommodate 3 adults, 4 kids, and a dog. The kids loved playing nintendo in the garage and climbing the tree outside. House was clean upon arrival and well stocked. Great communication for our entire stay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Perfect location

Easy to find. Larger than expected. Great hot tub!We were at meetings throughout the day but the property was so close to everything we came back for rest times during the day. Very close to all kinds of resturants, shopping downtown (Grants Pass is so cute) Grocery shopping very close. Great information binder on kitchen counter. Quiet neighborhood. We couldn't have dreamed for a better place!Want to come back next year and will recommend this beautiful home to others

Great family vacay!

Lots of room for everyone. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lots of natural light. We grilled out in the nice fenced in backyard while enjoying the hot tub. Great location. Close to everything you need. Highly recommend!!!

Great location and hot tub

It was easy to find and easy to access. Property is very clean and well appointed. It is not close for an easy walk downtown, but very convenient for highway access to all the great places in the area. You can walk to several restaurants and coffee shops. Hot tub trivia was a highlight of our stay. We would stay there again if we are up in Grants Pass again.

Wonderful home

A wonderful homey home. Very clean and comfortable in every detail. The kitchen is amazing and perfectly accommodating for making a meal. Beautiful backyard.

My fiance and I very much enjoyed our state in this home for my birthday weekend. It's located right next to everything! It's a great location for sure and was exactly as advertised. We are hoping to book again during the fair this year and bring the kids! Highly recommend!

We really enjoy our stay with tons of room for the price. Nice clean hot tub to use. Only this would say was the games were a little disappointing. Pool table was lopsided, air hockey didn’t work and darts didn’t work well

This property is located on a quiet street not far from the high school and local shopping and eating establishments. It had everything we could possibly need and was very comfortable. Perfect landing place for a short stay

The check in was seamless. The kitchen was well stocked. The coffee bar was so nice! The tree in the back yard is a treasure! The giant falling leaves were beautiful and it felt so peaceful back there. Everything was clean and tidy and we, for the first time, had access to cleaning products and tools so that we could keep it that way during our stay. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants and quick highway access. We had a great time! We will look for it again next time we come to town.
