「We had the room booked for 3 days but tere was only 2 small coffee pouches and n ot enough towels for 3 days. No one checked the room or checked if we needed anything and the office hours were limited from 7am -10 pm. On a positive the beds were comfortable and clean and the kitchenette was pretty decent. The fridge was loud though and dripped water. Try to stay on the top floor if you can as on the main you can hear every step through the floor like a double kick pedal drum.」
