"first, the staff are very gery friendly. however inside the room thete is no water or anything. when we asked i was tols that i need to go down to the reception to get a bottle of water !!! Also the reason why i booked it becaused i wanted a hotel near the airport. this is not bear at all. it's over 15 mins drive. the following morning when we had the shuttle to the airport, the driver won't drop our luggages unless we help him !!! i personally have a frozen sholder issue and i couldn't eveb help. "

"This three-level townhouse is the perfect home for a family retreat! With four bedrooms and three and a half baths, family members have the privacy they need. The large dining table provides opportunities for large dinners and competitive card games. The sheets are exceptionally soft, so I had a hard time getting out of bed in the morning! "The only good things about this stay were the check in process and the location was closed to where I was working, along with the house being nice.With that out of the way, this experience was WELL BELOW EXPECTATIONS! First off, there were rats in the backyard as a result of neighboring yards not being maintained, rendering the yard completely useless for my dog and I in order to avoid catching Lepto! Also, the backyard was not maintained at all! Next, somebody’s socks were found in the basement and somebody’s nasal medicine was found in the kitchen (I assume the actual owner?) there was also a bunch of damage that I noted to the team. (I didn’t worry about the sock because it wasn’t a big deal to me.)Next my work project site was shut down a week into my stay and I had to return home to Cleveland. On top of that, Andrew refused to refund me the rest of the trip and refused to cancel it! The site remained closed for the rest of the month, opens May 5th, the Monday after I was scheduled to leave the house; however, since I had to not only go back to Cleveland a week in, I no longer felt that the house/area was safe for my dog and I! Andrew also refused to communicate with me directly and just had his assistants talk to me! Talk about unprofessional!Next, there’s no pool! Not sure why that’s even in the list.Next, there was a southern black widow in the basement that crawled in from the water heater room, that could’ve severely harmed us! Stay away from this rental group!!"

"We would not recommend. The place is very dated, the pictures make it look much nicer than it is. Overall we had a very bad experience. When we checked in it very hot, 79 degrees, and we discovered the AC was not working. We reported it, they sent and HVAC person the next day, he said it needed to be replaced. I then spent that day of vacation working with the property management person on figuring out if the owner would replace it or not. Quite frankly not what I should have to do while on vacation. They replaced it the following day, but it still wasn't working. They had to send the HVAC person again. So we didn't have AC until mid 4th day of our stay. Also, they were missing basic things, kitchen linens, kitchen sponges were old and gross, pots and pans that were usable, toaster, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, basic bathroom toiletries, etc. I reported and they did drop some items off, not all, which I than had to wash. Making me do laundry (no laundry soap provided) and dishes that I didn't use. The basement bath was half renovated, both the upstairs hall bath and basement bath toilets didn't flush fully, they sent someone to fix them, said they were, but they weren't and wanted to come back again. At that point I just didn't want anyone else in and out of the place. It was more work and inconvience for me, so tols them just to fix them after we checked out.
