"Hampton Inn had become my go to lodging when traveling. Always a clean room with a comfortable bed. This trip I left my AirPods in my room. I had not realized it until I was too far to go back to get them. The staff went out of their way to locate them, and get them returned to me. Thank you Hampton Inn Dulles - Cascades!!! You guys are great. Keep up the good work! Another reason to make Hampton Inn my go to Inn!"

"The room was clean and spacious. Nice kitchen space, with a simple area to work or relax. The only issue was the walls are very thin. You could hear everyone and everything. It was like being a dorm room. "

"The bed was good, the bathroom was clean but the kitchen and the drawers were nasty with food debris on the counter in the drawers and the floor in the kitchen was nasty. They don’t tell you in the add that the cookware , dishes and coffee maker are all $30 each extra for a total of $90 + tax I will not be back. "

"This three-level townhouse is the perfect home for a family retreat! With four bedrooms and three and a half baths, family members have the privacy they need. The large dining table provides opportunities for large dinners and competitive card games. The sheets are exceptionally soft, so I had a hard time getting out of bed in the morning! We will return soon!"

"Host was kind and helpful. Apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. It has all the amenities needed for my week stay. There’s free parking available, and grocery stores close by. I enjoyed the delicious figs from the backyard tree.I strongly recommend staying at this place. I will stay here the next time I go back to the area."

"The only good things about this stay were the check in process and the location was closed to where I was working, along with the house being nice.With that out of the way, this experience was WELL BELOW EXPECTATIONS! First off, there were rats in the backyard as a result of neighboring yards not being maintained, rendering the yard completely useless for my dog and I in order to avoid catching Lepto! Also, the backyard was not maintained at all! Next, somebody’s socks were found in the basement and somebody’s nasal medicine was found in the kitchen (I assume the actual owner?) there was also a bunch of damage that I noted to the team. (I didn’t worry about the sock because it wasn’t a big deal to me.)Next my work project site was shut down a week into my stay and I had to return home to Cleveland. On top of that, Andrew refused to refund me the rest of the trip and refused to cancel it! The site remained closed for the rest of the month, opens May 5th, the Monday after I was scheduled to leave the house; however, since I had to not only go back to Cleveland a week in, I no longer felt that the house/area was safe for my dog and I! Andrew also refused to communicate with me directly and just had his assistants talk to me! Talk about unprofessional!Next, there’s no pool! Not sure why that’s even in the list.Next, there was a southern black widow in the basement that crawled in from the water heater room, that could’ve severely harmed us! Stay away from this rental group!!"
