"We checked-in and the young lady at the office was nice and polite. Once at the staircase because the property has two floors with no elevator. So, I had to take one suitcase at a time, and my wife grab the carry-on's. The room was clean and was small but able to get around in it. You can tell that the rooms are dated and need to be updated. The pools were beautiful, elegant & well maintained. The marina was beautiful too, however the weather was not cooperating, so we didn’t use it. The transportation to/from Duval street was very reliable & comfortable. "

"Elevator was down and we had to change rooms. Our room “with a view” wasn’t. Room was acceptably clean with plenty of linen. Not sure that the WiFi was free"
