"We have stayed here before as it is convenient to my son who lives in the east village. The self check in and check out is convenient and the property is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for the dining and shopping we typically frequent. The rooftop view is exceptional to say the least! I do feel like it’s a bit too pricey but it is manhattan! "
"The staff at the front desk was very helpful, even though they were extremely busy due to the holidays. The place was decorated beautifully. The food at the bar was great and the drinks were superb. Loved the vibe felt like old school NY. "
"The greatest hotel in New York City, with the greatest staff! This is THE HOTEL! Don’t miss it when you visit NYC. Thank you all for making an incredible anniversary celebration trip for my husband and me.
