「My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 3 nights while she competed at a show at the Virgina Horse Center. It was lovely to have a peaceful and relaxing place to come back to after our long and exhausting days at the VHC. Communication with Audrey was great from the start. The property and views are gorgeous, especially each morning as we left at dawn for the show. The beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water, well equiped kitchen, and the washer and dryer were a godsend. Can't recommend...

「We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! I’m glad Alicia listed instructions on how to get to the property because it is easy to miss on the drive in. She was very responsive and helpful with all of the local recommendations. 「What an absolutely beautiful property! Caught fish in the lake and ponds. Saw eagles at the pond by the pavilion and lots of deer. The pig was a big highlight! 「The house was lovely and so comfortable. We loved the charm of the property and the updated kitchen. The location was great for access to the Homestead and the local restaurants. 「House is charming but old. Five star outstanding features include sleeping porches, a lovely yard and surroundings, and, of course, the magical warm mineral "dipping" creek in the back yard, which are alone worth the stay. I would strongly recommend that owners find a way to install a full sized refrigerator near the kitchen, as the dormitory sized one on the floor, and the full sized one in the basement (which you have to go outside to reach) is quite inconvenient. There are a lot of stairs....
