「My husband and I rented this beautiful serene house as a quite get away for our 53rd anniversary. It was all anyone could ask for and more. We were even surprised to find a dozen red roses and a card from the owner wishing us a happy anniversary. 「Deer Run was the perfect cabin for the three of us to wind down and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, it was extremely clean, and above all, it was so comfortable. We were happy to shut down the cell phones. The sound of the stream was soothing, so we spent many hours on the deck. A return visit is being planned. 「We were pleased to discover the cabin was on top of a somewhat remote hill, since part of our trip was "U"nder the Stars. Fortunately, most of the cloud cover went away one evening, making that possible. The cabin is well-appointed, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. 「Really nice tranquil cabin with a porch and fire pit overlooking a little river. Bed was super comfy, bathroom was a great size. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans. Coffee k cups and creamer and sugar was provided, which was so nice. Surprised my husband with this trip for his birthday and stayed with our 3yr old and 2 dogs.
