「受付でレストランの予約をしましたが、レストランに行くと予約が取れてないからて待たされましたが、その際の対応が非常に悪く更に30分待っても忘れていた様で問い合わせてもレストランの責任者の男性の態度が悪くて最悪でした！二度と行かない」

「Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again.」

「Good basic accommodation at reasonable value. Not a modern property, bathrooms somewhat dated, bed a little creaky, but all the basics you need and good space in the room. Nothing chargeable to your room (?) Eg adding breakfast or a drink at the bar pay at the time, but no cash taken. Satisfactory, without being special in any way.」

「The hotel was a bit dated. However it was clean and breakfast was adequate. The spa/ pool was average but clean. The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. Small personal extras could have made this stay feel luxurious but instead it felt like a budget stay.」

「The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.」

「Entry signage could be improved from road approach to avoid overshooting. Large pool but jacuzzi had off putting foam. Spa outside area needs improving. Room and bathroom ok with nice view over terrace and green. Some.noise on a hot summer evening but assume music stopped at midnight. I was asleep! No-one on reception for 10 minutes Saturday morning despite reporting fact to restaurant staff. Would I return? Yes. Food looked reasonably priced but not experienced.」
