"All the staff was very much friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The service was better. The shuttle was nice and was very punctual. We will stay again "

"Hotel looks great when you first walk in. Lobby is bright and clean. The rooms and floors above the main lobby are the opposite. Rooms are not clean, they don’t appear to be maintained. Towels look old and grey instead of white. No hot water so had to take cold showers. Housekeeping is hit and miss. Some days they don’t come to clean your room and the day they do they don’t leave you the right towels. 2 bath towels and no hand towels. Pillows were stinky of other people’s sweat, just felt gross sleeping there. Won’t return and don’t recommend unless the make some big changes."
