"All the staff were very nice. Room and amenities were great. So quiet I slept amazing. Room service was convenient. Very clean rooms. Good location for area, felt safe. Pool was on west side so if you want to use in morning it’s still chilly (though heated, still in shade). Hot tub makes up for though. Would stay again. "

"They were 10min late with our check in. Our neighbors had 2 noisy dogs. I will say when I called to bring that up they had security come. Employees were nice. But the hotel is dingy. "
