"Hotel room was large and quiet. Room service for coffee was quick, staff was helpful, location was convenient. My two negatives were that the parking spaces are very very tight and small for medium to large size vehicles. The elevators were limited (only 2 out of 3 were working), slow and overcrowded during my visit, so I used the stairs to exit numerous times. The stairs don’t exit into the hotel though, only to the outside, which was odd. I would certainly stay again in hopes the elevator situation was worked out and would have a small car or no car at all."

"First off the parking is so reduced going up and down the ramp. Literally two bumpers hanging from the rails from people loosing them. The elevators don’t work in the lot so be prepared to walk up and down the stairs with your suitcases from the parking lot to your room. The staff is so rude. Charged twice and said “declined” out loud like, and didn’t even apologize when she realized she charged me twice. An alarm went off at 4 in the morning for a min straight. House keeping kept knocking early and we requested none and they kept knocking every 30 min."
