"They tried to charge me twice for my room. They said my card didn't go through. I showed them on my bank app it did and were still denying me my room. Said they're system glitched but another person was able to check in no problem.The security lock on the door, screws were coming off. Put a table in front of the door. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Bed sheets were stain and old. Bed was hard, paint coming off of walls in the restroom due to water stains. They should update their rooms. Will never go back. Horrible experience. The rooms also had a weird smell."

"Our group of 3 adults and 6 teens visited for spring break - there was plenty of space, and such comfortable beds! The pool & hot tub was well used and enjoyed by all. Lots of games and activities available, and the new movie room was a hit! Really enjoyed the house!!"
