Ease check in and out. Good location for our plans. Hot tub was down but fixed before we left. Per night rental was reasonable however fees associated were high.
We had a group come up, we were up in the area for a disc golf tournament and the location was great for us. Communicating with the host was absolutely great, could not have asked for someone more responsive and helpful. We are already talking about returning.
We have the absolute best time at this house. They have a garage that has a pool table and ping-pong table and then a big room above the garage with a kitchen. And the house is roomy enough. They have several picnic tables out back at the porch, they have a hot tub. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
The house had all we needed plus- beds and baths were ready for use, neat and simply arranged with a home-Luke atmosphere. Grateful to find this property and close enough to activities for everyone. Beautiful area.
Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful property :) it was so spacious and perfect for family time. We shared meals together, played ping pong and pool tournaments, and watched ball games! We would 100% rent again if we were coming back to the area!!
We had an amazing stay at the Wild Acres. This property was perfect for our large family with children from 2-17. Communication from the host was excellent, the house was clean and ready when we arrived, and had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay! The outdoor space was excellent, the apartment above the garage was perfect and we all loved the game room and hot tub!! This is our second booking with unique stays and we will book again!
The property is accurately described and we had 14 of us therr in total and there was plenty of room for everyone. We visited the Cloudland Canyon Park, ate from the local Pizza parlor down the road, cooked 2 meals , played lots of games in the garage, and sat around the firepit. A Perfect weekend of binding with the family and yet plentyvof space to jitvfeel crowded!

Good Location
The management post reservation was amazing! Easy to contact for help, returned responses very quickly. Location is in a good remote spot with a few local places to eat that were amazing (Lookout Pizza Co). I would say the place was not as clean or updated as expected, I think there could be some work done, small things to update the space. When we arrived there was a used band aid on the rug and the shower upstairs had some mold. I think small things like replacing the rug, updating or painting some of the cabinets in the bathroom would be great.
Good location, house is near a "main" road so expect sounds when you're in the backyard. Great outdoor setting for fun entertainment. In-law like Suit above garage has everything and it was clean. Main house is spacious, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 half. Fridge could be bigger, dishwasher was dirty but overall, we had a great experience! We were just there to cook dinners and breakfasts, shower and sleep.

Not as I expected
A little run down appearance, 4 light bulbs blown, several of the plastic outdoor chairs were broken, most of the things in game room were missing or torn up, landscape is poorly taken care of, several broken flower pots with dead plants in them, the room above garage was dirty with dead bugs in floor, big spider web in upstairs bay window in main house, and to only provide 1 towel person is a headache which makes you have to do laundry everyday..... We enjoyed the hot tub and basketball goal. Location was great and the property could be very nice if it was kept up better.
This property was perfect for our group! We went to Chattanooga to explore the mountain bike trails in the surrounding area. The house was located within 15 minutes of 2 trail systems, and within 45 minutes of several other biking areas.
The sleeping arrangement was perfect. We had a combination of single men and women, and 2 couples, and all had places to sleep. One room with a bunk and 4 singles made it very accommodating for the single men.
The house had everything we wanted, fire pit, hot tub, large 2 car garage to store and work on our bikes, plus pool table, ping pong, and other games! There were nice decks for hanging out and the property is fairly secluded. Everything was in working order and the kitchen had ample supplies for cooking. We very much enjoyed our time there. Our host was great! Always responding to our needs and questions in a timely manner.
This property has amazing potential! Pros: There is plenty of living space inside and lots of room outside to spread out. The ac is cold, the water is super hot, and seems to never run out. The location feels private and is close to Cloudland Canyon State Park. We enjoyed the hot tub! Cons: The wifi connection is very poor, the cell service is weak, so technology is challenging. The beds are average, and most things seemed like they need attention, repair, or updating. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms, one of which is a bunk house with 6 beds, that all share one bathroom with hardly anywhere to put "stuff". The downstairs master bath is the only other full bath in the main house and the shower is very difficult to operate. We initially thought the water simply wasn't able to turn on, but we finally got it to work only to find it challenging to regulate the hot water (either cold or scalding), and it wouldn't fully turn off. The pool table in the game room was broken and the ping pong table looks like it is about to fall apart. The fire pit appears to have never been cleaned so I dug down a good bit before starting a fire. It should be mentioned that while the house feels very secluded, the road noise from the main road is obvious when you are outside. Because we kept a fairly active schedule off the property, most of these things were only minor inconveniences. We had a great time, but I think had I planned a different type of trip these issues would have been a bigger problem.
The home is lovely. It comfortably accommodated 7 adults and 3 children. The location was convenient to all the activities we planned for our vacation. The property manager responded to our questions promptly. Overall we had an excellent stay.
