「The property was clean great room they gave towels when needed also parking not good but they let us park in the front because big truck we checked out one day early because loud kids in room over us up all night running and making noise 」
「This is the hotel you must choose when visiting Gatlingburg if you have little ones. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the location is so convenient. My family walked with the kids to all the Downtown attractions and the lift to the mountain. The rental car just sat there the whole time!
Now, this is the best part of it: Free hot breakfast and I am not talking about the continental stuff, I am talking about bacon, eggs, and every other breakfast item you can think of. And...a HEATED...
「The hotel's service and maintenance are excellent. We believe the mattress in room 225 should be removed and replaced with a new or more comfortable one, as the current mattress's springs were very noticeable, making it difficult to sleep when you feel metal elements while resting.」
