"I would highly recommend this bungalow. If you want fantastic views and seclusion it is perfect. You do have a few neighbors but you have privacy. You do need to take a water taxi and the cost is approx 35 each way to town. You are 10 minutes from Starfish Beach which is absolutely beautiful. This is an eco lodge that is run on solar but we did not find this to be of any inconvenience. Very well decorated and the furnishings very nice. I would absolutely stay here again. The only negative is the fishing equipment needs updated. There are kayaks and paddle boards but we did not use them. We mainly snorkeled around the home. "

"Excellent service. Breakfast was very healthy and delicious, the front desk girls were very nice and helpful, specially Eyleen. All the staff was very nice and friendly. The location is great, the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and were surrounded by nature. Very peaceful and away from the city noise, but not far from city center where you can party, visit all shopping areas, restaurants, the city amenities and the marina to catch the boats to other islands. This hotel surpassed our expectations. Highly recommended! "

"great location, right on beach; room and bathroom were clean; hot water steady; good wi-fi (connect to the many SSIDs on the property); the restaurant has one of the best food we had in Bocas; the area get very crowded during the day with day trippers and Instagrammers; if you are staying overnight, just wait until ~4/5 PM - you'll have the place to yourself; walk to starfish beach is and other small beach spots around the area; note: laundry is $8 and not self-serve or free as advertised; the town bus travels up to the hotel or take a taxi from Bocas Town."

"Staff were so friendly and kind. They were simply amazing. The food was really top notch. The fried shrimp was excellent on the appetizer menu. Everything was well seasoned and fresh. The rooms were spotless. The windows are screened but no glass, so you can hear the birds, monkeys and the ocean. Modern conveniences in a super relaxed environment. The grounds are immaculate, they take great care of the flora and there are many hummingbirds and butterflies. The beach is beautiful, but the waves were too rough for swimming this time of year. Try the Chinese food next door at the Playa, Stephanie and her staff were also excellent. The only downside was that we could not stay longer. "
