The rooms were clean and the air-conditioning was awesome. The complimentary breakfast was really good. I was traveling from the US and will definitely be back. I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay!

Quarto limpo e bem cuidado. Banheiro também limpo. Só o ar-condicionado que não está funcionando muito bem - não tem a opção de desviar o vento para cima, por ter uma peça quebrada. No mais, tudo certo. Localizado no centro de Rio Branco, o que facilita a locomoção.

Boa localização

No quarto reservado para 2 pessoas só tinham itens para uma pessoa. O recepcionista não parecia conhecer as instalações, pois não sabia que o ar condicionado ligava no interruptor e tivemos problema com isso. O café da manhã tinham varieddes de frutas, mas bem básico.

O hotel é bem legal, porém é antigo! O atendimento é muito bom, o café da manha tambem, contudo a estrutura antiga poderia ser melhorada. Otimo custo benefício face a localização, voltaria.

Uma pessoa mal educada ja no estacionamento do hotel, fomos mandadas para um quarto onde o ar parecia mais um motor de um boing 777, reclamamos e fomos trocadas de quarto, para um quarto com uma aranha enorme, ar condicionado sujo e em mal funcionamento

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, ficando bem no centro de Rio Branco. Para uma viagem a trabalho, a qual não se exige luxos, o hotel é uma excelente opção custo-benefício. Destaco que o ar condicionado do quarto que fiquei aparentava estar sem limpeza há muito tempo, sendo que não estava gelando, e apenas manteve a temperatura ambiente (nesse dia estava chegando uma frente fria, pois se tivesse fazendo calor na cidade, provavelmente teria passado calor no quarto). O café da manhã é bem simples, mas dá pro gasto.
