「The staff steal from guests. We were charged for the night that we paid for on expedia a second time. 4 other guests reported being charged double for their stay as we were checking out. They copied my credit card information and attempted to make an online purchase from ubisoft for $2699.99 usd and my credit card had to be canceled to prevent them from making more charges. 「O atendimento foi bom, o café da manhã é bem variado e gostoso, fica bem perto de tudo no centro. Um ponto que achei ruim foi a forma de conectar o wi-fi no celular e na tv do quarto.」

「The location of the hotel is good because it is at Rio Branco downtown. But I had a terrible experience with the hotel. First, staff were rude. Second, they charged an extra fee because I have a person with me in the room that was for 3 people. Third, air conditioning and TV in the bedroom were not properly working (to be fair, they come to fix after I requested). Fourth, room was very small. One can find better place in Rio Branco for about the same cost. I don’t recommend staying there. 」
