「This was a beautiful hotel as expected. Our only issue were the staff during breakfast. We wasn’t seated, we had to keep catching staff to ask for coffee etc (which we waited 30mins to receive!) it seems there were a lot of lower grade staff replenishing the food etc, but they were not allowed to deal with the customers, they were the most helpful tbh. But had to go ask their superiors each time we had a simple question. It was a shame as everything else was amazing.」

「My kids and I really loved the hotel here. It was very nice and clean. The room was a bit tight for our spoiled North American standard, but not really an issue to be honest. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best out of all our hotels in Italian trip. They even made pancakes for my kids. They also provide free bicycles rentals. The only criticism I could provide there if they could have is to stock one smaller kid’s bike as my 9 years is really small and we...

「Very out dated felt like I was staying at grandmas house. Nice two rooms, beds were hard but not to uncomfortable. Beds were 2 twins pushed together. Both rooms had electricity remote black out shades in both balconies so that was great. Both balconies made it really nice. Overall staff was nice and the place was clean. Great for 1-2 nights.」
