"My parents enjoyed their stay there. Spacious room and fantastic location for the price paid. The clientele seems to consist mostly of business people (makes sense given the location) but it is within a few minutes of Jozenji ave, reasonable walking distance from Kokubuncho / arcade shopping areas, and about 25 minute walk to the station. There was no designated parking (which is clearly stated) but they pointed us to a nearby public parking, about 4 minute walk away, and it cost 700 jpy...

We had a great stay at Route Inn Hotel! The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable, with many useful amenities, including a refrigerator, which was very convenient. One thing to note is that even though we had already paid for the hotel, we were asked to pay an additional Sendai accommodation tax of 300 yen per person at check-in.
