"Excellent value for money. Lovely countryside setting and no frills, clean and tidy hotel. Set in well maintained grounds. Ample on site parking. Our second stay here whilst meeting friends in York. We had to leave before breakfast due to a family emergency so did not experience the breakfast sadly. ..."

"I’ve stayed here a few times and it is always good value for money and easy to use, the communication with the host is good and the different choice of rooms is good. Free parking is available overnight a few minutes walk away after 6pm. Place is always clean and quiet."
