「Beautiful room, great staff and nice breakfast.」

「that was a nice stay in pretoria except some problems. these were not because the owners of the house but the house itself, because it is a nice old hpuse with a lovely garden, it has some issues with the oldness. I stayed in May and it was really cold inside because of the high ceiling and also isolation is not well in the windows because they are so old also. there are heaters in the room but one of them was not working. lights are not properly working in bathroom, floor was noisy because of...

「This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, nowhere near what is advertised. Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place.」

「The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door. There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by. When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room...
