「I will definitely stay here when I return to Lake City! The layout and details made the studio feel much larger than it really was! Quiet, within short walking distances of excellent restaurants, and surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery! I enjoyed the small fenced yard with picnic table with umbrella, and flowers along the entry walk.」

「Jim met us when we arrived in the front yard. His place was very convenient for all 4 of us. We had to switch nights at the last minute, and he reimbursed me what VRBO did not cover. I would recommend Gowdy properties for all of your housing needs in the lake City Colorado area. Thanks again」

「This is a very average rental, especially when you consider the high price point. The unit is not a kitchenette "as advertised", and was not well stocked, we ran out of essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. The furnishings are "well used", the hot tub was cold, and there is an adjoining room that the sound bleeds through. Our neighbor had a dog that barked constantly when they left.
