「I was thoroughly impressed with the facility until I slipped and fell on my elbow and knee while walking back to my room. I promptly alerted the front desk about the water on the floor, but they explained that the floor cleaner occasionally misses some water. Surprisingly, there were no wet floor signs, and they only offered to waive the resort fee. Fortunately, I’m not an elderly person, so I didn’t break a hip or something worse.」

「ロビーの雰囲気がよく、レストランはいつも沢山の人でにぎわっていました。部屋のファシリティは、少し老朽化しているのですが、それ以外は快適に宿泊することができました。最も評価できるのは、ゲスト用の洗濯機と乾燥機が無料で使えるところです。長期の出張では、洗濯をしたくなりますので、このサービスはとても高く評価できます。近くにショッピングモールがあり、買い物もできます。」

「We stayed 2 nights. Everything was wonderful! The check in, the room, the pool, the parking. What would have made it excellent, is if we had gotten a housekeeping visit. Unfortunately we were overlooked, even though we checked at the front desk at 2:30pm after being gone all morning. We were assured they were coming. We left again until 5, but returned to messy beds & dirty towels still. Other than that, it was perfect!」
