「Great location! Clean, well decorated, lovely apartment. Has great ceiling fans in apartment and windows that open wide but would benefit from A/C for summer stays. Alejandro was a great host! 」

「Host swapped us to a different property further from town. No key on arrival, was told to go to a different office building to collect it at night. Office was locked and they had no code. Finally got the key, but apartment was in bad condition. Part of the ceiling fell down during our stay, there was mould in the bathroom, exposed electrical wires and no wifi. Also the elevator was open sided with just cardboard taped to the frame as walls. Nails sticking out of the floor in bedroom.」

「El apartamento era muy nuevo pero carecía de lámparas de mesa de noche y de perchas. E íbamos para 4 días. Éramos 4 y sólo había toallas y geles para 2. Además no había sábanas limpias para el sofá cama al que no le habían cambiado la anterior. El suelo estaba muy sucio. Tuvimos que barrer y fregar antes de abrir maletas. Sí que tenían muchos electrodomésticos de cocina. Y muy importante no tienen aire acondicionado y al estar en una zona muy céntrica con bares y restaurantes si abríamos las...

「Located in the heart of the old city, everything I needed was in easy walking distance. This includes two major theaters, outstanding restaurants, museums, beautiful parks, markets and shopping. The flat is beautiful with a fully appointed and well equipped kitchen. The owners are kind and responsive. My stay was simply a perfect experience.」

「Logement parfait, très bien placé dans Oviedo, près de la magnifique vieille ville. Hôte très réactif et agréable. De plus sa situation géographique permet de profiter pleinement soit de l’océan ou de la montagne. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés.」
