"Great beach, great food choices, staff ever so friendly, perfect"

"The hotel is a very good hotel and is definitely worthy of 5 stars. The food quality was excellent and one of the best iv experienced. Drinks also are very premium on the elevated bliss option. One thing that lets this property down, is that we struggled to book the premium restaurants, my advice to anyone going would be to contact the hotel prior to going to get some bookings. The other thing, is that, when in the premium restaurants, you can select only a starter a main and a dessert which technically isn’t all inclusive. This has all the potential to be ultra luxury but there are a couple of things that just let it down sadly. Still 5* but so close to being 5* luxury. "

"I had a wonderful experience for 4 days at this resort while recovering with an injury I got a few days before arriving. From check in through check out, transportation arrangements, guest services, dining in the restaurants, the breakfast buffet, spa services and laundry service/housekeeping, the service, staff and quality was top of the line! Special thanks to Vuola and Eti in dining for their extra care and friendly manner. Everyone I met at the hotel seemed to genuinely love their job and service. I needed extra care and assistance and they were always willing to help. They also seemed to love working together as colleagues and I saw a lot of teamwork. Thank you, Sheraton Rhodes!"

"Clean hotel, nice food, brilliant and friendly staff"

"We stayed in one of the suites with a pool/garden and were all inclusive. Our room and pool/garden were very nice and we were very happy with them. Would be good to have solar power to heat all the pools though as the water was very cold. Only small downside for us was the noise from The main road along which all the hotels are placed and the pump for the pools as we were next to it but having said that we live near a major road so wasn’t really a problem for us. The food was excellent and plenty of it and all of the staff in the suite areas we dealt with were all very nice, lovely, friendly and helpful people. We didn’t manage to use the spa but hopefully we will go back and use it next time we go. "
