"I booked the whole apartment as shown in my booking, however, when I arrived, I only got the living room for my whole family. they have sold the bedroom to another people. The agent did not tell us this beforehand and just said we will get some refund for our staying. My whole family was packed in the living room, and we have to share bathroom with other people for the entire stay. The bathroom also had very bad smell and not well maintained.
