The front desk staff were incredibly kind, they even provided us with a wall outlet converter we didn’t have and let us know we’d been upgraded, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The entire stay felt peaceful and quiet, which made it the perfect setting for a summer holiday. Every interaction with the hotel staff was warm and welcoming, and we were always greeted with kindness. "Location is great. Behind the hotel is the river with beautiful views, in front is a bus stop to Santa Claus village. Multiple restaurants and stores around and close to city center. It's just that we refused cleaning but housekeeper came anyway while we were out. "
