「Breakfast was great」

「I've been stay in so many Hilton hotels all around, I found this one met all the standards of excellence — with the exception of some of its staff members. This situation surprise so much because people from Colombia are generally very friendly — but not at this hotel. Registration Staff were rude and impolite; the same for the staff in the restaurant and in security guys. They constantly questioned I was a guest of the hotel. This is the first time I’ve had a VERY BAD experience at a Hilton....

「Muy limpio Y el personal muy amable」

「Rooms were nice and comfortable. Sower was not so good, pressure of water not very strong. Breakfast was great ! Most staff are very friendly and helpful.」
