From the moment we arrived, Rachel set the tone for a truly five-star experience—greeting us at the airport with cold towels and a warm, genuine welcome that immediately made us feel cared for. Throughout our stay, she went above and beyond in every possible way, anticipating needs before we even voiced them. When the restaurant was closed for food orders, Rachel personally arranged room service so we wouldn’t go without, a gesture that perfectly captured her dedication and thoughtfulness. We also deeply appreciated the special New Year’s treats, which made the celebration feel personal and festive, as well as the joy of seeing wallabies roaming the property—such a magical and uniquely Australian touch. Her attention, kindness, and seamless care transformed an already beautiful resort into a truly memorable experience. This was hospitality at its finest, and thanks to Rachel, our stay was an easy, wholehearted five stars"
