「Let me start with the positives: this place is clean, neat, tidy, and in a lovely and quiet location. The room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious. My stay there was terrible however due to the extremely unkind (verging on the extremely mean) treatment by one of the family members running this place -the middle aged woman. I had been driving for seven hours to get there, right before I reached the nearby main city, Bolzano, a severe thunderstorm struck and the GPS sent me around...
