Everything was great. We hosted a Christmas dinner for our family and had a wonderful time. The Christmas tree and lights were perfect. Thank you guys for everything.

Lovely home with a lot of useful Amenities. Kitchen is well stocked. Depending on your expectation of cleanliness, It was okay, but not as expected. Most things were just not thoroughly cleaned, crumbs and hair in floor, dust balls, dusty. Bathrooms and kitchen overall was clean. Floors were dirty. Could use more than one small cutting board. Remember to take ziplocks bags, suran and foil. Communication was fine but conflicting information was sent from host vs VRBO. ie. Entry code. Site said one thing and was different from the VRBO site. Hot tub was a plus, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Seating is tricky for groups over 8. And no tables for people in wheelchairs or walkers. All high level seating. TV trays could have helped. The odds n end kitchen cooking things was helpful, if forgotten. They had a coffee grinder, but not supplied. I didn’t know they offered two kinds of Grinders. Keurig coffee, and coffee maker with grinder. TV offerings was great, remote needs new batteries. Plenty of games. Some with missing parts.Lots of blankets.

Corky Cottage was an excellent space for me and my family. All the rooms were spacious, the beds were firm and the host was available when we had questions. The hot tub was a treat as well and the backyard was so peaceful. Plenty of games and even guitar hero! They have added little features that I appreciated like the lighting dimmers and squatty potties! I 100% recommend Corky Cottage and would love to stay again!

This is a great location and a very family friendly home. The beds are comfortable, there a plenty of games to play, and a nice backyard. We enjoyed backing up to the walking path as well and soaking in the hot tub.

Clean house with a great view of the mountains. My favorite perks were the squatty potty and bidet. The simple things that just add an extra touch! The hot tub was great.

Our stay at this beautiful home was wonderful! With three adults and three teens, everyone had plenty of space to relax when needed. The patio with the pergola was the PERFECT spot to come together at the end of the day for laughs, cards and the gorgeous sunsets and fresh air we love so much in Reno! The walking trail access was perfection for evening strolls and morning runs to the surrounding areas! The host was very accommodating and thoughtful! He made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. I don't think it gets better than this spot and this host here! Thank you Justin!!

Friendship and laughter was abound during the evenings on the back patio!

Best friends wedding weekend

Amazing stay, the place was beautiful and we loved the view! The climate was awesome and it fit us so perfectly. We appreciate all the amenities and the location was prime time for our itinerary

Long weekend in Reno

This property is a great location - close to midtown/downtown, Lake Tahoe, Carson City destinations. It is a quiet location, has abundant seating, abundant storage in the bedrooms so everyone can unpack.

Gorgeous view; spacious place; responsive hosts

Hi our stay was great. The hosts were responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub and the streaming service. We would definitely stay there again. Also the place was decorated for spring which felt even more homey.

Great

The house was great. Nice layout and great, fenced in, backyard for our 10 month old puppy. Only suggestion would be for some bathmats in the bathrooms upstairs.

Great experience

Clean and comfortable home. Beds were comfortable and for our three adult couples was a great choice. Hot tub in backyard was a nice addition. Host was responsive to all our questions and even left a gift for us! We would stay again the next time in town.

Peaceful and calming

Spacious both indoors and outdoors. Relaxing with all the comforts of home. Large backyard with serene mountain views in quiet a neighborhood. Comfortable bedrooms, loft and living area. Air conditioning was perfect during our summer stay.👍
