Very convenient location. This slept 9 adults very comfortably and furnished well. Plenty of parking space. Has all the basic cooking utensils needed for simple meals. The backyard is great for outdoor cooking/meals an any yard games.

Comfortable and well furnished home

The home was very clean and well furnished. It was in a great location and a short distance to major shopping and dinning. It worked out well for 6 adults and I would definitely consider it for future stays.

Nicest VRBO we have stayed. Clean, spacious nicely appointed. Very comfortable. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The front porch is great for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Great place!

Stay was great and check in was seamless! Property owner was very responsive to a few questions we had. Teens & adults loved the pool table! Would definitely stay here again if we are in Reno.

Great house for our family to celebrate my son’s graduation from UNR. Plenty of rooms, great backyard (and porch) set up. Pool table was great for adult kids, and loved the cornhole yard game. Couple of suggestions, nothing too critical. Downstairs bedroom bed is too high for older people. Would be much better with no box springs, as not needed for that bed anyway. Some extra blankets would be handy, & full length mirror somewhere in the house. Beds were comfy, but pillows were a bit too firm for most. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely stay again!

UNR Family Grad Weekend

Eight of us stayed at this property for four nights, and it suited our needs perfectly. It’s situated in a conveniently-located, quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores. There is one bedroom and bathroom downstairs, the master bed and bath upstairs, and an additional three rooms upstairs to share the third bathroom. There is plenty of room to hang your clothes or put them in drawers.The backyard has a table and chairs that are perfect for taking in the nice weather. There’s also furniture out on the front deck, a great place for relaxing! Finally, there’s a fantastic walking trail that begins just next to the property. Be sure to check it out!There were a couple of small issues we encountered during our stay, and the property manager was completely accommodating. Great responsiveness. Finally, the only thing that could make this property even better would be additional convenience items in the kitchen, such as: measuring cups and spoons, cookie sheets, vegetable peeler, chip clips and more spatulas. Overall, this place was a perfect place for our family to spend the week, and I would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay, this property was so clean and welcoming. We enjoyed yhe beauty of this house.. It was very thorough the instructions and how to get around the house. the neighborhood was so quiet and safe..We enjoyed how comfortable and clean the bedding was. The yard is a beautiful..
