"The guesthouse was okay, clean, the people were polite and welcoming. During my first stay, the breakfast buffet was great, but there was no coconut for tapioca. During my second stay, the breakfast was very basic; there was no buffet, you had to order, and there was no coconut for tapioca either! The guesthouse is well located!"

"Terrible experience for our family of two parents and two adult daughters! We had it reserved for 2 nights but could only stay one night because of the awful conditions. We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave. The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys. But the hotel staff could not help us when we asked for sheets for the couch/bed, fan, and soap. They said they had all of those things, but they could not give us any because we were staying in...

"Poderia ajustar o chuveiro colocar um chuveiro melhor e manter a limpeza da saida de agua para q o mesmo sai a agua melhor e nao espalhado, onde temos que correr atras da agua para lavar o cabelo. Fora isso todo o restante da estadia foi maravilhoso. A recepção nos permitiu entrar no quarto antes do horario o que nos possibilitou descansar dps de 15hrs de viagem de carro.
