Arrival and Departure Times

Arrivals are self-service; access details are sent on the day of arrival in the early afternoon. Arrivals are possible from 4:00 PM ONLY.
Regarding departures, they are at 11:00 AM MAXIMUM. There is no possibility to request a later checkout; we no longer accept requests due to excessive abuse.

Keys are to be collected at a different address, not at the apartment. Please make the necessary arrangements.

Check-Out/Departure

We hope you enjoyed your stay. We remind you that departures are at 11:00 AM maximum.
To prepare for your departure, please follow these rules:

Remove the sheets from the bed and gather all dirty laundry.
Wash your dishes.
Take out the trash (take the trash directly to the street after 6:00 PM).

Keys are to be returned to the same location as where you collected them.

We collect the identity documents of each traveler before arrival.

A security deposit may also be requested.
