Summer Stays: 7-night minimum (Sunday-Sunday)
Off-Season Stays: 2-night minimum

A signed rental agreement is required. Renters must be at least 25 years of age and provide valid proof of age.

Boat slips are available within walking distance and can accommodate boats up to 32 feet. Reserve your slip early as they are first-come, first-served.

We had a beautiful stay! It was our first time to the Delaware coast. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and having a full bathroom for each room made things so easy for us. The two golf carts were the highlight of the trip, so that our group could split up and do different things during the day and get around PotNets easily (the community is HUGE). The location of this house in the community can't be beat, the large front and back decks both have beautiful marina views, and it is in a low-traffic area of the community so our kids could safely ride their bikes around the small block. There is not a lot to do in the immediate area other than Paradise Grill (which gets crowded/rowdy on weekends!), so you should be content with going to the pool, the small beach on the bay, or just relaxing at the house.The only negative I can possibly think of is that I think the house was constructed rather quickly, as some of the hardware was not fastened into the wall securely and was falling out every time we used them - towel hooks, curtain rods, ceiling fan remote holders, etc. Overall, a great house, with great amenities, and a perfect location in a quiet community.

Our stay here was amazing… the home was perfect for us, we had 8 family members and it worked out perfect. Just one suggestion for the owners we did have one handicap older person with us and he did fine but really needs crab bars in the one shower. The 2 golf carts were the icing on the cake….. we went all over the area with them, to the beach,pool, and the paradise grill and the ice cream was delicious.We will certainly be back. Our new vacation spot. Debbie was awesome

Trip for our Mother Ocean Aunt Kathy

We as a family wanted to take our elderly Aunt to the beach. We as a family have gone for 20 plus years and with some of her health issues she hasn’t been able to go. So we picked this home and boy did it knock it out of the park. My aunt had a blast riding go carts, waking up every day to the bay. She even got down to the beach.

Thanksgiving with the family

We had a great time! Plenty of room, extremely nice and clean. Nice that linens came wrapped and professionally cleaned.

Not up to expectations for brand new home.

Upon arrival, we noticed a small amount of sand on the carpet in entry and that windows were very dirty. After walking on the floors, our socks/feet were filthy. I did call the property manager about the dirty floors, and she had cleaning service come back. The home’s air conditioning temperature was 75-76, which was especially hot for our 2 dogs. When I called the property manager, her response was that she knows that sometimes it’s hard for the units to keep up in the hotter temperatures. The temperatures were high 80s. Being the home is brand new, I wouldn’t expect that to be a problem and felt she should have had someone come out to check the air conditioners. The location was great, except I didn’t realize the home was next to a parking lot for the marina. For the amount of money we spent, we won’t be going back.
