「The house was HUGE and recently remodeled, clean and well-stocked. Lots of space for two families with four young kids. The owner was easily reachable via the VRBO app, but would have been nice to be able to reach the property manager quickly by cell phone/text. We would definitely stay here again! 」

「This property is located right on the beach. When we went in late August, the beach was nearly empty and it was wonderful having a quiet, private beach trip. The home is beautiful with plenty of space and bedrooms to make a family comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. 」

「We loved the remoteness and solitude of this place. The house was very clean (no dust or musty/moldy smells), the kitchen was nicely appointed, and it was nice to have linens and towels provided! We felt like we had the entire to beach to ourselves, though the crabs definitely ruled the roost! The owners provided all the necessary info via messages and a binder, and were very pleasant in communications. Watching the sunrise each morning from the enclosed porch was a highlight. 「We had a wonderful time at Ryan’s house. The home is very comfortable, well equipped with everything we could have needed for the beach, cooking, entertaining. We had an 8 month old and the house had lots of baby gates, playpens, cribs, high chair, ect that made things so much easier on us. The beach was also lovely - very quiet, great for dogs and the water was calm, which was great for kids to play in. Ryan was a great host and we would gladly stay again.」

「This home was perfect for our mother/daughter weekend trip. There were 5 of us and the house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the big family room and outdoor patio so we could all be together...for coffee in the morning, dinner at the big table or watching a movie. The location was ideal- so close to everything and communication with the owner was terrific! 」

「This is the third (maybe fourth) time we've stayed here. We've stayed with just our family with young kids; plus we've brought friends and family other times - it is always a great time. It is perfect for little kids as you can go back and forth to the beach as much or as little as you want. It's the Bay so smaller waves too for littles. It reminds me of the Outer Banks but DE. Highly recommend! 」

「The house was in decent shape, but the couch was falling apart and not very comfortable. The teenagers didn't care. Location is very convenient to the boardwalk. Overall, a good place for a large group of undiscerning teens, but if you have older folks in your party that have trouble with stairs (or want to sit somewhere comfortably), there is only one bedroom on the ground floor so this might not be the best choice.」
