Inside you'll find a bright interior with a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. The open concept promotes togetherness and no conversation will be lost since the living area, dining area, and kitchen are adjacent to each other. Cozy up together and host a movie night on the large TV, or make memories by playing a board game at the dining table. Prepare grand meals or beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. With five beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to have a comfortable night's sleep from the day's activities. Kids will love bunking down together in the bunk beds! Home is available for longer-term stays upon request, rate negotiable. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
