Welcome to Reho Retreat - Enjoy the quieter side of the beach at Reho Retreat, a thoughtfully stocked 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath end-unit townhome in a peaceful residential community less than 2 miles from both Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach and close to everything!

The home sleeps up to 8 guests and is ideal for family beach vacations, two-family stays, fall weekend getaways, festival weekends, Schellville visits, and relaxing off-season escapes.

Spend your days at the beach, strolling the Rehoboth Boardwalk, visiting Funland, outlet shopping, exploring family attractions, dining at local restaurants, or enjoying Dewey’s nightlife. Then return home to a bright sunroom, private patio with gas grill, outdoor shower, and seasonal community pool (open May 21st thru Sept 20th for the 2026 season) just steps from the front door.

Inside, you’ll find a 9-foot shuffleboard table, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, family board games and card games,, comfortable gathering spaces, and a fully stocked kitchen. Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and beach gear are also included to make packing easier.

Unfortunately, pets and animals of any nature are not permitted due to HOA rules beyond our control. Violating the HOA pet policy may result in a fine.

Location

Reho Retreat is conveniently situated between Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, offering easy access to both beach towns while providing a quiet, comfortable place to unwind.

Guests especially appreciate the convenient back route into downtown Rehoboth, which helps avoid Route 1 traffic. Downtown Rehoboth can be reached by bike using the back roads without crossing Route 1, and a bike rack is located just steps from the back patio.

Nearby favorites include Big Fish Grill, Big Fish Seafood Market, Jungle Jim’s Waterpark, Fractured Prune Donuts, and Eden Restaurant all within walking distance. And you are minutes from Outlet shopping, Schellville, Rehoboth Boardwalk, Funland, local shops, and numerous beach attractions.

Reho Retreat is also a convenient home base for exploring Lewes, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, and other nearby destinations along the Delaware coast.

The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests in the bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests when the sleeper sofa is used. The layout works especially well for families, two families traveling together, and friend group getaways.

Hair dryers are provided in both upstairs bathrooms, along with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The private patio is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, grill dinner, share a casual outdoor meal, or relax after a day at the beach.

The patio includes comfortable lounge seating, a four-person outdoor dining table, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

For beach days, we provide:

* Complimentary beach towels

These are personal household items that we are happy to share with our guests. We simply ask that they be treated with care and returned to the home after use.

Indoor Comfort and Entertainment

Reho Retreat offers a bright sunroom, comfortable living spaces, high-speed WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, and Smart TVs in the living room and two bedrooms.

Enjoy the 9-foot shuffleboard table, family board games, books, and plenty of room to unwind after a day at the beach. The sunroom is one of our favorite places for morning coffee, reading, playing games, or enjoying quiet downtime.

Please note that the wood-burning fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.

Community Features

Guests have access to the seasonal shared community pool, which is generally open prior to Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, weather permitting.

A community pool key fob is provided during your stay.
Please note that the community pool does not have a lifeguard. Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

**Important tennis-court update:** The community tennis and pickleball court is currently closed due to damage to the court. It is closed until further notice, and we do not anticipate that it will reopen during the remainder of the 2026 season. Because this amenity is managed by the community association, its availability is outside our control.

* Midway Speedway Park: Go-karts, miniature golf, bumper cars, bumper boats, and seasonal water attractions. Hours vary seasonally.
* Rehoboth Boardwalk: Games, arcades, treats, shops, and classic beach entertainment

We use Reho Retreat personally, so the home is stocked with comfort and convenience in mind. Guests are welcome to use what is provided, and we simply ask that the home and its contents be treated with care.

After Booking

Before arrival, you will receive check-in instructions, parking information, community guidelines, and house details through the VRBO messaging app.

Your unique front-door access code will be sent on the day of check-in.

Security Disclosure

For guest and property security, an exterior Ring doorbell camera is located beside the front door. The camera faces the exterior front entrance area only.

There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

* The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the full reservation
* We do not accommodate high school, Senior Week, college, or party groups
* The home is located in a quiet residential community with many full-time residents
* Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
* No pets permitted per our HOA rules
* Two-night minimum stays are available during much of the year, with some holiday and peak-season exceptions
