"Stained sofas. Extremely rude overnight front desk attendant. Broken, unsafe Pack n Play provided. Had to leave after one hour due to infant sleep safety concerns and they charged me anyway. DO NOT stay here. They have no intention of providing customer service and absolutely do not care how they treat others. "

"We stayed for the weekend and mostly had a great experience. We took the Don not disturb sign down when we left in the morning, and our room was not cleaned and we had to get fresh towels ourselves in the evening. The front desk staff on the weekend seemed stressed. Everyone was very nice though."

"This apartment was in a building called Marshall on Third. Located on the UAB campus and it was home to university students. The apartment itself was very clean and well appointed studio. But located on the third floor over a very busy street where noisy cars roared by constantly. There is no attempt at noise abatement. Staff was impossible to locate by phone or on property. Cannot recommend."
