デチマ・マラフェデ地域公園のアパートスタイルホテル

「ボルゲーゼ公園に近く毎朝の散歩が気持ちのよい場所にあります。ホテルスタッフの対応と部屋の清潔さが大変よく、建物的には古いのですが、また泊まりたいと思いました。ローマ空港からはタクシー約60ユーロで到着できました(2004/11)。ボルゲーゼ公園を通って地下鉄駅（Flaminio)まで10分ほど歩いていけます。スーパーやATMもあり、快適に１週間過ごすことができました。」

「Unfortunately the stay here was not good at all. From the fact that checkin was until 4pm, to the AC not working i itialky and the room was above 80° F + , to dirty linens on the bed to a broken sofa bed and on top of things having to knock on the door of a fwllow guest to get aome sort of communication with the Sonder team. Ive been a Bonvoy member and will now stay clear of the Sonder properties. Really bad experience overall. I am not one of these complainers on review but I had to rate it...

「This was a good place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen with living room that was separated from the bathroom and bedroom. It was exactly how the picture looked. Good location for walking and food. Nearby grocery store and pharmacy. The tram is right in front of the property so very easy to get anywhere within 30 mins. Well be coming back to stay again.」

「This property was excellent for our family when staying in Rome. Ryan and the staff were exceptionally helpful. It was amazing to wake up and be minutes walk from some of the best sites in Rome.」

The small kitchen and stove is there but there is nothing to use. At least plates and fork and knife would have been nice. 」

「We stayed here with a group of girls for 3 nights. The outside of the property wasn’t very clean. Lots of graffiti on the walls, but that was the entire neighborhood, not just this property. The area is a little loud at night, but there is a tram stop immediately outside the property, which was very convenient for moving about the city. Inside, it was a really great apartment! 「Location is excellent to arrive by train and walk to your apartment. We also walked from our apartment to the Colosseum and Forum comfortably and there are many restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. It is one minute walk from Santa Maria Maggiore to visit the grave of Pope Francis.」

「Excellent stay ! Place is a hidden gem, just like the pictures, very clean, plenty of extras, staff was very nice, just a lovely charming place. I highly recommend !! Very large - plenty of space and great beds. I would stay here again. 」
