Excellent location. Clean property. The apartment was as it looked in the pictures. The staff was rushed and not as friendly as other hotels in Rome. But overall this was a great property and we would stay there again.

Highly recommend! Host was very helpful, even though we had to check-in late. Great location and the balcony was perfect for us! Also appreciated the washer/dryer since we had been traveling awhile. Hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lots of room to spread out. The apartment was very clean. Bathrooms were newly updated and 3 was great for our group. WiFi was a bit glitchy, extra charge for additional towels was slightly annoying bc the washer/dryer was nearly impossible to navigate. Patios could use some love, lighting is very inadequate throughout. Overall a very nice stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Overall: Nice space, but poor management/rude staff and guest treatment brought the rating down significantly. Pros: -Great location -Apartment looks nice and spacious Cons: -Staff were cold and dismissive at both check-in and check-out -Was asked to leave the office while waiting a few minutes for my Uber, in 95°F heat -No help offered at check-in despite carrying luggage -Terrace pillows/cushions shown in listing photos weren’t provided, just bare metal furniture -AC didn’t work well, apartment was very hot -Had to request basic items three times before they arrived

What a beautiful apartment ! In a great location, walking distance to many of the great sites in Rome or take a cab , the pick up area for the taxi was right around the corner. Lots of great restaurants near by including one at the building. Staff was very helpful. Great place to stay.

We had a great stay at My Extra Home Rome. Check-in was quick, and the staff kindly let us check in early once the room was ready. The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable, with good AC, a washer and dryer, and a handy kitchenette. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rome!
