"Stood 3 nights. Room was clean. Bed comfy. Nice quiet hotel. Staff was nice. Only negative thing was only 1 elevator working so it was long waiting period to get on the elevator. "

"We had two rooms. Room 512 had a nasty odor. It was very difficult to be in the room, let alone sleep. We kindly explained our situation to the front desk receptionist and she absolutely refused to change our room. We had not used the room or unpacked. She said the best she could do was have the maintenance man 'spray something'. She even told us that the hotel was not full but she could NOT offer us another room. We will never stay at Candlewood Suites again."
