"Honestly, everyone coming to Ireland should stay here. It’s a beautiful property tucked away on Valentia island, and really close to Portmagee if you’re heading to the Skelligs. The restaurant is great, and the staff are so nice. It was the highlight of our trip."

"Quick easy access to the beach, Ring of Kerry and the house had all amenities we needed for a home base. Very recommended and would love to stay again!"
"Visited with friends and had a good stay. The rooms and restaurant were of a high standard. Check in was via App although as I was remote from networks at times it was a bit complex. In room breakfast was good but I would have preferred a cooked Irish. The Restaurant could not take credit cards on the night due to equipment failure so had to pay the next day. Businesses should have back up options available .... spent half an hour standing around while a workaround approach was agreed."

"Lovely house in a relatively remote area of the peninsula. The house was bigger than it appeared, maybe 1500 sq ft or more. Just about a 10-12 minute walk down to the beach--one you can swim in (not rocky). A neighbor's dog visited us every day, and the kids looked forward to that. It's a little trouble trying to find the property in certain driving apps, but we figured it out. Only about 15 minutes from the Kerry Cliffs, about 10 from Waterville (where you can schedule a boat to visit Skellig Michael). We would stay there again."
"Spotless accommodation, fab kitchen, very well equipped, comfortable, fine size garden and lovely views. Really nice touches included doggie treats, tealights and tasty cakes on arrival! Noreen and Allan couldn't have been nicer hosts.
All small things. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!
Decor is a bit dated other than the kitchen and bathroom. The xpelair in the bathroom doesn't turn off - we had to turn off the fuse. To be fair, this was noted on arrival. A gate to help keep doggies in the garden would be helpful."
