"We recently stayed at OKANA Resort and overall had a good experience. The pool was definitely a highlight the temperature was perfect and made it really enjoyable to relax and spend time there. The food prices were reasonable for a resort, which we appreciated. We do wish the app had a bit more information about daily activities. One issue we experienced was with housekeeping essentials; we arrived to empty body wash, conditioner, and shampoo, and although we were told we were on a rush priority list after calling, it took over an hour to receive them. We ultimately had to ask a housekeeper directly to get what we needed. Parking was somewhat challenging if you don’t pay for the garage parking space. Uncovered parking is not too bad when the weather is nice the walk is not bad, but when the weather is cold and windy you can second guess not paying for the covered parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"The room is nice and clean. The workers are very friendly. The shower is wonderful. Beds are comfy but did have to call for blankets only a comforter on bed no extra blankets in the room. The breakfast buffet is really good. It came with our room due to the convention we were at. The only complaint i have about this hotel is the restaurant. No one was eating there should have been my clue. We waited almost an hour for baked chicken and mashed potatoes. My friend on another night waited 45 minutes for fish and chips. My guess is there is no business so they are baking everything to order. Maybe change the menu for faster service. "
