「Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort. 」

「The condo was comfortable, supplied with almost all the things we needed, and very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The host responded quickly to almost all of our questions. The first time we used the hot tub we were pleasantly surprised that the temperature was perfect. The second time we couldn’t get it to stay above 98. Every time we set it to 104, it automatically went back to 98. Also, it needs more water added. The level was 4 - 6 inches too low. The only other problem we had was with...
