"This wonderful villa is even better in real life than in the pictures. The facilities are great and the kitchen well equipped. It is perfectly located a short walk (10 minutes) from Abu Tig Marina. The pool is amazing and the location is very quiet. The owner is super responsive and helpful. "

When we arrived we got a complimentary welcome package with fruit and lots of water, which was great We rented a golf cart for our stay, which made it easy to do some shopping. The drive to the restaurants and supermarket is about 8 minutes each way. We also ordered food from the city using the app the owner suggested. It takes a while, but we got our food :D Uber works in the area, but the drivers sometimes come...

"On our 1st day, the broker or the owner’s representative showed disrespect to the family members while giving instructions on how to use the facilities allowed. Not only did he insult the family helper but also my mother in law! The broker informed us that we will have to pay for the electricity bill although it’s not even mentioned in the policy. We contacted him through phone before booking, and he confirmed it’s included in the whole amount. Trying to discuss the proper way he deals with...

"They cancel our booking few days before the trip although there was down payment being held for almost a month without having the courtesy to contact us. Tried to reach out the host but there was no response from their side.. poor communication, very rude attitude never think of taking the risk and deal with them "
