"We were given an ADA room, we don't require ADA amenities so we didn't have the counter space, seating, etc that we are accustomed too, the shower was a roll in shower so there was water everywhere when we showered making it slippery and dangerous for us when using the bathroom. The hot tub didn't work, it was warm but the timer didn't turn the bubbles on. I called the front desk and asked for an extra pillow on our first night and they never brough it. I had to call again in the morning to make sure we had it for our last night."

"Front desk was helpful but the room itself is loaded with cockroach found at least 3 of them after I put my cup noodles on the table ,not going to complain much since i just a room to rest and sleep for my long shift working 24 hours straight "
