"The front staff, servers, and bartenders were amazing. HOWEVER upon arrival the bags being checked were a little rude, in a rush to get us to sit down for a meeting (probably time share) for a discounted massage, and the shuttle/trolley/golf cart back and forth to the rooms was HORRIBLE (I think this is what takes away from this being a 5 star resort) the rooms are a little far and transportation back and forth was horrible. The phones were down and we waited a 30 hr for a ride with no one in sight and had to walk in the rain with our luggage to the front to get our car to drive to the airport. Food was decent (no ackee or oxtail) served during my staff but overall a nice place to stay."

"I love staying at Toby's. The entire staff is always kind and helpful. The rooms are always clean. My favorite part is the Traditional Jamaican Breakfast Menu in the restaurant. I also love sitting by the pool to read. I had an issue with the shower. I mentioned it to the staff, left for a meeting and when I returned to the hotel it was fixed. My only regret is that since my financial situation has changed I couldn't tip as much as I would have liked to this time."

"It was great, I had a lot of fun, despite the fact that a lot of the property was being renovated. The staff were very attentive.
