"I paid for a room with a fridge and a removable shower head. I searched forever to find shower accommodations for my disabled partner. Room not only didn’t have the removable shower head. But the fridge didn't work. It was a dorm fridge which was fine. I got back to my room at 9pm to find out the fridge didn’t work. When I called and complained the lady was super rude. Said I checked in at 3 and I should have said something then… I wasn’t aware I needed to do a room and appliances check…. I literally checked in at 3. Dropped my bags and left… I asked could I get a discount. She said I would need to talk to the manager. So that morning I said same thing. She said she was the assistant manager and did I stay all night?! Um yeah. She said well there was nothing she could do about it. That no body can just bring you a fridge. At this point I wasn’t asking for a fridge. I was asking for a discount. I paid for a room That advertised all this and clearly didn’t get it. She said the manager wouldn’t be in until 2…. I would be long gone by then.."
