"As a frequent traveler, I am a member of both the Marriott Bonvoy and Hilton Honors programs. I’ve stayed at several hotels in southern New Hampshire over the past several months. Aesthetically speaking, the Sheraton Nashua, and Four Points Bedford are easily tied. However, the Nashua location, as beautifully renovated as it is, does not hold a candle to Four Points Bedford in the other more important areas of both cleanliness and hospitality. Bedford has Nashua TKO’d from my perspective. With all of that being said, the Four Points Bedford will be my first choice moving forward for any/all long term future stays in the Southern NH region. Additionally: The Bedford staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are not only clean but housekeeping staff remains attentive throughout the entire stay. Cleanliness is THE top priority for me and as an RN no hotel ever feels like it is clean enough…until now. Some other benefits that I have found both helpful and cost effective include; Free parking (not the case at several nearby hotels). Although I have not used either the pool or the gym dueung my stay, I would like to say that both appear clean and well maintained at all times. Lastly, the staff throughout the property appear happily employed and committed to the work thwy do which is evident by how they treat their guests. Oh and lastly, I can’t forget about food, the Four Points restaurant is open daily until 10 p.m. and has consistently served well prepared meals."

"Great location and adorable facility. It was clean, cute, spacious, and comfortable. Staff at check in was wonderful. Bathroom was very clean, well kept and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for couples, business, or family lodging."

"I stayed at this Marriott for 12 days. On the mirror in the bathroom it states “Every other day refresh, every 7 days full service”. Once someone came in to empty trash and clean towels, that was my sixth day at the hotel. I asked if he was going to clean my room, he referred me to the housekeeping manager. When I saw the housekeeping manager and explained my situation I quote” I don’t know I didn’t work yesterday “. Really this is the response from a manager? The proper answer would be to a customer I’ll look into it. Still no one cleaned my room. I put my dirty towels in the hall several times. Housekeeping picked up my towels but didn’t leave clean towels. I had to go to the lobby to request cleans towels several times from Jill. No one emptied my trash or dusted my room. I even requested Jill at the front desk to have my room cleaned. Jill also stated she would refer this to her manager. No one came.Still no one cleaned my room. I told Abbey at the front desk at check, I was told he’d be in at 7 am. I came down at 8 am. Abbey told me he wasn’t in yet. I checked back at 9 am and told the same thing he isn’t in yet. When I checked out at 11 am, Abbey stated she hasn’t had a chance to talk to him. I waited 2 days for someone to contact me. Nothing….. Jill was exceptionally helpfully and empathetic to my situation."
